SECTION 4 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once we confirm acceptance and payment has been processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or export.
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

Prices are shown at the time of order confirmation. Prices may change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include shipping, taxes, customs duties, or import charges.
For orders shipped outside the EU, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you only when you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.
SECTION 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by a clear statement (e.g. email).
Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.

CelluVIV Store is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with CelluVIV Store. Shopify is not responsible for sales, products, or disputes between you and CelluVIV Store.

By submitting reviews, comments, or other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for business and promotional purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CelluVIV Store and its partners from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
